Finance Director at BairesDev We are lookingfor an experienced Finance Director to oversee all financial aspectsof the business and drive the company's financial strategy andplanning.

You will be responsible for assessing the financialperformance of the company as well as possible risks andinvestments.


What You Will Do:

• Drive the company'sfinancial planning by analyzing its performance and risks.
• Retainconstant awareness of the company's financial position and act toprevent problems.
• Set targets for and supervise all accountingand finance personnel.
• Oversee all audit and internal controloperations.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financialperformance quarterly and annually.
• Conduct analysis to makeforecasts and report to the board of directors.
• Ensure adherenceto financial laws and guidelines.

Here's what we are lookingfor:

• Proven experience as director of finance or similarrole.
• Indepth knowledge of corporate finance and accountingprinciples, laws, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge offinancial analysis and forecasting.
• An analytical mind with astrategic ability.
• Excellent organizational and leadershipskills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonalabilities.
• BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or a relevantfield.
