Staffing Analyst Lead atBairesDev What You'll Do: - Define Staffing strategy foravailable openings.

• Reveal information related to profile andopenings assignment.
• Work with PMs and AMs to identify farmingopportunities in the different accounts.
• Propose improvements instaffing, recruiting and farming processes.

• 5+ years of experience inrecruiting/staffing.
• 1+ year of experience in Recruiting IT.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonaland communication skills.
