As part of this omni transformationjourney, we are recruiting for the position of Construction & FacilityManager for the South American Sales Market. (Chile, Peru &Uruguay)**Job Description**:
    As a Construction & FacilityManager, together with the head of Construction and Facilities Latam(C&F) you are responsible for all the C&F activities and you set theC&F strategy for your market, driving goals, and setting relevanttargets to secure the long-term strategy is achieved. You willcollaborate with Regional Head of C&F and the stakeholders, and youare responsible for leading the C&F team. Key areas ofresponsibility include:
    **_
    Strategy, goals, and decisionmaking._**
    - Have a good understanding of the construction,facilities, and real estate to secure that all processes in the marketare optimized and adapted to the local needs/risks.
    - Based onexpansion plans and historical information set ambitious short
    -and long-term goals and strategy together with the regional head ofC&F.
    - Overview the procurement strategy to secure businesspartners to enable expansion, service delivery and optimize overallinvestment and cost levels.
    - Set ambitious department goals andmotivate team in achieving them.
    - Understand the business casebehind each project to be able to drive negotiations and budgetingprocess in the targeted direction.
    - Align department goals withother department's goals securing expansion plan & KPI's.
    - Securethat the long-term regional strategy is reflected in allprocurement
    - and sustainability activities by working closely withyour team members.
    - Set smart targets with actions anddeliverables together with the team and follow up on theirimplementation.
    - You distribute projects and service scopeworkload to the team taking into consideration project complexity,size of service scope, opening dates and geographical/logisticaspects.
    - You delegate tasks and responsibilities efficiently andfollows up on their completion.
    - Secure that projects are managedin a professional way and ready in time, with expected quality, to thebest cost, in a sustainable and compliant way.
    - Drive alignment ofquality expectations for stores and projects within the market andsecure that the service scope delivery is meeting brand requirementsand cost expectations.
    - Secure health and safety for all projectsand stores. **_
    Collaboration_**
    - You work in closecollaboration with the Regional Head of Construction and Facilities toset and implement the strategy in your market.
    - You work in closecollaboration with Expansion Manager and Sales Market Controller tosecure the best overall result for the business.
    - You understandinvolvement of all other stakeholders and secure their input in theproject time plan and service scope delivery. **_ Leading yourteam_**
    - Create conditions to enable performance of teams andindividuals.
    - Identify and develop talents to build (future)organization and diverse teams.
    - Strengthen teamwork and fostercross functional collaboration. **Qualifications**: -Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or BusinessAdministration or equivalent work experience.
    - Have a goodunderstanding about technical installations (such as HVAC, Fire Safetysystems, electrical installations etc.), procurement, health & safety,facilities or construction management techniques.
    - Any certificatewithin the C&F field is meriting.
    - At least 5 years of relevantworking experience from Facility Management, Construction and/or realestate, preferably within the retail industry.
    - Experiencemanaging a team.
    - Experience from working in an international,matrix organization with several stakeholders and senioritylevels.
    - Great communication skills with proven experience.
    -Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,Power BI and MS Teams.
    - ** Fluent English and preferably speaksSpanish as well.****_
