- Proactivelymanage the CAP cycle including Group engagement, Minerals Americasorganization and alignment, strategic cases analysis and finalAppraisals
- Support the Assets and NOJVs in the development andcommunication of their asset planning (LoAs and 5YPs)
- Engage withBOS deployment team to build and maintain P&T BOS routines
- Responsible for the development of P&T Budget and monthly performancereport
- Development and tracking of Planning & Technicalscorecard
- Adhoc projects aligned with Minerals America ́s GrowthAmbition
About You: - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline(s),commercial or related discipline.
- Ideally further study such asan MBA or specialization in general management and projectmanagement
- Typically 7+ years' experience in the mining, utility(power or water) industry or consulting industry
- Team leadershipexperience
- High degree of business acumen
- Continuousimprovement experience
- English written and spoken, Spanishdesired
