    Job Description

    Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the asset and administer owners and the project companies obligations and responsibilities under the project contracts while maximizing the value of the asset consistent with the owner's direction.
    • Enhance and automate core processes and interaction with directors and partners.
    • Responsible for the management of EPC and O&M Agreements, and to oversee the third-party Owners Engineers.
    • Responsible for ESG compliance and community relationships.
    • Implement Enterprise Asset Management process, systems, and tools.
    • Organize and implement processes that meet the objectives of the owners, project structure and contracts.
    • Assure timely reporting and communication of performance results to corporate groups and directors.
    • Optimize all elements of the asset commensurate with the appropriate risk profile.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators of the projects and report.
    • Represent the company's interest at the project level to assure maximum profitability and return on investment including participation in and scheduling the budget processes.
    • Maintain thorough awareness of commercial, financial, and technical issues related to the platforms.
    • Lead internal review process to report on the current and forecast performance of investment.
    • Provide support to directors to resolve project, contractual, commercial, or regulatory issues.
    • Represent the project investment in internal discussions regarding current status, future results, strategy and growth.
    • Negotiation and management contracts and agreements, budget preparation, economic analysis.

    The Successful Applicant

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction/project management, business, or related field is required.
    • At least 15+ years of O&M/asset/project management experience in renewable energy (solar, wind, storage).
    • Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
    • Project Management certification (PMP/PMI) a plus.
    • Strong leadership skills, including a demonstrated proactive work ethic. As part of a lean and dynamic team, the candidate must be able to plan, oversee, and personally execute numerous projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and adjust to changing priorities.
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
    • Strategic management and communication skills.
    • Sound analytic skills to compile, as well as dissect and interpret financial and operational information. Disseminate updates to senior management.
    • Customer focused personality, comfortable using critical reasoning and judgement to make good decisions in a fast-paced environment.
