    Position Overview: Flxpoint is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Customer Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our public documentation and creating content to promote customer engagement and success on the Flxpoint platform.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customers have access to comprehensive resources and materials that empower them to effectively utilize our software and achieve their business objectives, while reducing the need to contact Support Teams. You will spend 1-3 hours a day handling live support email tickets, in order to learn and maintain platform knowledge.

    Your Mission:

    • Manage and maintain our public documentation, including user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
    • Create engaging and informative content to promote customer enablement, which may include video tutorials, webinars, and user-facing technical documentation.
    • Collaborate with product managers and technical support teams to identify customer needs and challenges, and update/improve existing documentation accordingly
    • Collaborate with product managers to ensure new features and integrations are publicly documented with their releases
    • Monitor and analyze customer engagement with our documentation and content to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Flxpoint platform in order to drive documentation and media decisions
    • Working in Support with experience liaising with Engineering

    Qualifications:

    • Zendesk Experience, You will own our Zendesk, automations, bugs, documentation, please bring 1+ year of ZenDesk experience
    • Excellent command of written English, with the ability to translate technical concepts to user-friendly language
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
    • Experience with documentation tools and platforms, such as Confluence JIRA, Hubspot
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies is a plus. Ideally you understand eCommerce, SaaS, Logistics and integrations
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant prior experience
