    This Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans around our specific country or region needs, tailor the message to our market, our customer, our sales team, and the larger Kushki marketing team

    You enjoy working with and supporting our sales teams and understand value of customer engagement efforts especially in the Enterprise market.

    You are passionate about not only delivering on the day-to-day activity, but also help reach marketing and sales goals.


    You check your ego at the door and learn from others constantly, while also helping the broader team to understand the needs of our customers and provide value throughout the relationship lifecycle.

    You embrace change and are agile in your approach to leading projects.


    You possess genuine curiosity and is intrigued by the experiences of others and using customer data to make your customers the heroes of your stories.

    You find Fintech, and Payments industry that is constantly evolving, fascinating, intriguing, and fast paced - just like you You love building communities, and your energy is contagious.


    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business
    - +5 years of relevant experience

    • Experience managing and building demand generation marketing programs. Measurement of pipeline and revenue contribution to the business
    • High ability to negotiate and execute 3rd party industry events to generate demand and brand positioning
    • Strong understanding of working closely with sales and the value marketing can bring to their organization.
    • Ability to manage gotomarket campaigns across the entire buyer's journey
    • Versatility with both building digital content from the groundup, and repurposing and optimizing existing content to support an evergreen value across multichannel campaigns
    • Ability to manage an editorial calendar that supports sales objectives, demand generation needs, and thought leadership visibility through digital marketing assets
    • An experimentation attitude that supports continual A/B testing leveraging both successes and failures, and understands how to iterate and improve outcomes
    • Comfort working across region dispersed and diverse teams
    • Ability to strategically partner with diverse stakeholders: Product Enablement, Product Marketing, Design and Brand, Sales, Marketing Operations.
