- Proveer soporte a la infraestructura de voz, datos y seguridad de Argentina.
- Evaluar, coordina y realizar la instalación y /o reconfiguración de elementos hardware y software de redes.
- Monitorear la salud y rendimiento de todos los dispositivos de la red.
- Administrar y ajustar las redes garantizando los niveles de disponibilidad acordados con el negocio.
- Trabajar diariamente con el cliente y los ingenieros de redes de nivel 3 en todos los aspectos de las actividades diarias para resolver problemas.
- Gestionar el proceso de control de cambios, Incluyendo interrupciones completas, planificadas sobre la red y los mantenimientos preventivos.
- Realice actualizaciones, mejoras y otras actividades de mantenimiento.
- Proveer Análisis de utilización y rendimiento de la red.
- Proveer documentación técnica, informes y reportes requeridos.
- Gestionar proveedores insumos y servicios.
- Garantizar la actualización continua de diagramas físicos y lógicos de las redes IT y OT.
- Gestionar Back Ups de equipos de red.
- Mantener plataformas de monitoreo actualizadas.
- Colaborar con otros equipos de soporte para garantizar que los incidentes se manejen de manera oportuna.
- Revisar y atender diariamente tickets de requerimientos e incidentes asignados.
- Realizar tareas adicionales según sea solicitado.
- Licenciatura/Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Comunicaciones, Sistemas o Eléctrica
- Ingles medio o Avanzado
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) u otro certificado de red avanzado o superior.
- Microsoft Certified Technology Professional (MCTP) (deseable)
- Certificación ITIL Foundation (deseable)
- COMPTIA A+, or Network+, or Security
- Conocimiento de protocolos de redes (por ejemplo, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, y QoS)
- Conocimientos de protocolos de red y servicios de red como DNS, DHCP, VPN, entre otros.
- Sólidos conocimientos del modelo OSI y TCP/IP.
- Habilidad para solucionar problemas de manera eficiente y efectiva.
- 3-5 años de experiencia verificada en administración de entornos de redes de mediana / grandes o afines.
- Experiencia en gestión, administración y configuración de Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Call Managers y Controladores Wireless CISCO.
- Experiencia con software de monitoreo -Orion -Recomendado.
- Conocimiento completo en todas las formas de Cableado y Fibra para Telecomunicaciones
- Emprendedor con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
