- Providing application support for end users of banking applications
- Acting as SME for banking applications
- Testing, improving and debugging for different apps.
- Providing support on US business hours but having a flexible schedule for events happening off business hours or weekends / holidays (tests or deployments)
- Creating and maintaining documentation (workflows, procedures, user guides, forms) updated on different platforms.
- Leveraging strong project and communication management skills to keep up with multiple work streams and keep stakeholders and managers updated as needed
- 6+ years or relevant work experience
- Advanced communication skills in English
- Continuous learning orientation to get familiar enough with standard and customized applications
- SQL knowledge to understand underlying data from application and conduct data quality verifications related to issues or data maintenance required
- Knowledge on banking domain and experience with credit and loan products such as being familiar with how expected credit loss / PDs / LGDs work, terms like RORA , Capital cost , RWA, exposure mean, etc
- Knowledge of Tidal or similar platforms that allow to automate jobs.
- Linux / Unix knowledge to edit / verify jobs, scripts, servers, request restarts, ...
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to translate requirements into actionable solutions, while maintaining a view of the bigger picture
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work streams and able to work under pressure
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to operate independently but knowing when to escalate
- Stakeholder management skills
