    Responsabilidades:

    • Proporciona supervisión formal a los proveedores externos dentro de una área funcional u operativa.
    • Planea y monitorea niveles adecuados de dotación de personal, incluidos horas extras de los proveedores de servicios.
    • Se conduce como ejemplo y modelo de comportamientos consistentes con los valores de la empresa.
    • Desarrolla y mantiene relaciones positivas con los clientes y asiste a reuniones.
    • Coordina, supervisa y administra las asignaciones de trabajo de reparación y mantenimiento realizadas por técnicos, proveedores y contratistas.
    • Desarrolla y gestiona planes de servicios anuales tales como plan de mantenimiento anual, planes de limpieza, fumigación, otros. Responsable de las inspecciones y reportes de Facilities.
    • Coordina y gestiona mudanzas, incorporaciones y cambios de layout.
    • Gestiona las relaciones con proveedores y capacita en órdenes de trabajo y procedimientos de facturación.
    • Otras tareas pueden ser asignadas.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de instalaciones y servicio.
    • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y resolución de conflictos.
    • Áreas de estudio deseables: arquitectura, ingeniería, administración.
    • Capacidad para coordinar múltiples proyectos y equipos simultáneamente.
    • Conocimientos sólidos en mantenimiento de edificios, seguridad y normativas aplicables.
    • Fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidad para resolver problemas eficientemente.
    • Dominio de herramientas informáticas y software de gestión de instalaciones.
    • Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
    • Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office, internet e intranet.
    • Conocimiento funcional de sistemas arquitectónicos, eléctricos y mecánicos.
    • Conocimientos de arrendamiento y contratos.
    • Conocimiento intermedio de inglés: deseable.
