    What You'll Do for Us

    • Builds relationship and partnershipwith existing and potential activation partners, working closely withassets managers to leveraging global assets as well as collaboratewith centralized and local brand team teams to ensure partnerships arealigned with brand objectives, strategies, and executionguidelines.
    • Builds and develops best in class multicategoryexecution programs and tools for partnerships to standardize andincrease ROI. Reviews business performance, oversees development ofmarketing programs, provides thought leadership, and participates incorrective action plans to maximizing partnerships and optimizedROI.
    • Provide nuanced country/regional level input on marketingstrategy and plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights).
    • Identifyneeds for campaign localization or customization, providing input onmedia buying and coordinate full details (calendars, resources,metrics) of local activation with Bottlers.
    • Designs, implements,and leads brand programs from inception, including promotional,experiential, consumer facing and in store retail marketing. Managesprogram launches and serves as crossfunctional pointperson acrossmarketing, commercial, and creative design.
    • Manage brandactivation at the local level, including POSM activations, consumerpromotions, experiential marketing, and events (leveraging mktassets), in coordination with bottlers.
    • Ensures connectionbetween Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), retail and alltouch points are crossfunctionally link to brand objectives.
    • Works with cross functional teams and prioritizes initiatives based onbrand goals and facilitates collaboration and communication across allstakeholders.
    • Delivers the marketing plan for the annual businessplan, based on strong consumer, shopper, customer, and marketinsights.
    • Leads key innovation projects as it relates toformulation changes, new product extensions, design, or packagingalong the product value chain.

    Qualification &Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field isrequired
    • 5+ years of marketing/brand experience in the field offastmoving consumer goods (FMCG)
    • Experience in commercial and/orcustomer leadership including customer facing and key accountsexperience is essential
    • Solid Project Management, influencing &communication skills are required
    • A strong knowledge of bottlersoperations, consumer/shopper/trade insights
    • A strong workingknowledge of media and agency management
    • Must possess the abilityto deliver projects in a complex matrix organization (multimarket &functions)
    • Experience with experiential marketing, digitalmarketing, social media, promotional events, and marketingcampaigns
