    We are seeking a **Specialist Engineer

    • Mechanical StaticEquipment
      to provide technical expertise in the maintenance,troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and shutdowns to maintain staticequipment effectively and efficiently to achieve high degree ofavailability, reliability and integrity for refineryoperation.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor of Engineering (BE)degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent from reputableuniversities.
    • More than 15 years technical experience inengineering field in refinery or petrochemical, preferably with atleast 4 years in technical supervisory position.
    • Demonstratedspecialty and expertise and records on related field of work.
    • Subject matter expert or technical authority in static equipmentdesign and failure analysis.
    • Excellent knowledge of Mechanicalstatic equipment engineering practices, design detail and calculationmethod.
    • Thorough knowledge of Piping and accessories (e.g. valve)engineering practices, design detail and calculation method.
    • Thorough knowledge of international Mechanical related codes /standard.
    • Through knowledge of process, operations, maintenanceand engineering practices in refinery or petrochemical plants.
    • Excellent knowledge and skills of trouble shooting and facilityinvestigation/ recommendation generation & long term strategicplanning capability on the concerned field.

    DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITY

    • Lead or provide technical resolutions /recommendations to the plant issues in the area(s) of specialty or inan assigned field to ensure reliable and safe plants operations.
    • Lead or Participate in multi disciplinary teams to address orinvestigate major concerns / disruptions and/or improvementopportunities in the areas of specialty or assignment.
    • Develop orReview technical deliverables to ensure solutions to plant issues isin compliance with Engineering standards, reliability/integrity andsafety requirements.
    • Execute departmental initiatives andstrategies in order to meet long term company goals.
    • Conductperformance reviews of subordinates and execute staff developmentprogram on the concerned area(s).
    • Attending OME or Othercommunication meetings.
    • Response to query or assignments notfalling down on Main key accountability.

    1 LHR Americas preliminary phone/video interview:

    Amember of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will firstschedule a call with you to discuss the details of the position, yourinterests, and qualifications.

    Furthermore, your English level will beevaluated at this stage, ONLY native or advanced speakers will approvethis evaluation. If this preliminary phone/video interview issuccessful, your resume will be submitted to our client. Ifyour preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our TalentAcquisition consultant will inform you. 2.


    2 Client phone/videointerview:

    This interview will happen only if your resume is approvedby our client, we cannot guarantee the time our client will take toapprove your resume, but it should take less than a week.

    Ifyour resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team fromour client will schedule a call with you to evaluate yourqualifications.

    The client interview contains technicalquestions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving inyour given field and may include a behavioral evaluation.

    Be preparedto explain how you approach problems and produce solutions.

    Ifyour phone interview is successful, the hiring team will furtherevaluate your resume, and they will invite you to a video interviewwhen hiring managers are available.
