*Job Opportunity: Spanish Speaking Sales & Retention Executive*

Ideal candidates will bring at least 1 year of experience in similar roles and demonstrate high proficiency in both Spanish and English. *Main Duties and Responsibilities:*

• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet or exceed sales call targets and maintain communication standards compliant with the company's guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on financial market regulations and ensure exceptional service levels through various communication channels.
• Facilitate client onboarding, enhancing overall satisfaction and providing feedback for business improvement.

*Candidate Profile:*

• Holds a degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or retention, preferably in the financial sector.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Knowledgeable about the regulatory landscape of financial markets.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
