Sales ControllingPricing Lead at BairesDev We are looking for a SalesControlling Pricing Lead to join our Finance team and assist inaudits, budgets, and internal Sales processes.

This is an excellentopportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers at oneof the industry's fastest-growing companies What You WillDo: - Lead the Pricing team inside Sales Controlling.

• Define the rates that will be quoted to clients or prospectiveclients.
• Ensure that logic and good commercial practices areapplied to the pricing strategy.
• Approve new openings alignedwith the general objectives of sales and the company.
• Define andmake strategic validations of new opportunities for the company.
• Interact with multiple areas such as Sales, Staffing, Client Services,Top Management.
• Carry out daily reviews of the SalesRepresentative's reports.
• Proceed with Sales Planning for annualBudgeting, Planning Rounds, and monthly forecasting.

• Have a bachelor's degree inbusiness, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professionalexperience.
• Team Leadership experience.
• Previous experiencewith financial modeling and data analysis (preferred).
• Priorexperience in pricing roles is preferred.
• Previous experience inSales Support or Sales Audit positions
• Selfstarter, quicklearner, and multitasker.
• Detailoriented anddeadlinedriven.
• The ability to work autonomously andremotely.
• Methodical and able to follow processes.
