Today, we're partnering with a fast-growing Fintech SaaS company on the hunt for a Customer Success Specialist who can take customer retention, value delivery, and revenue expansion to the next level.
Your Mission:
You will own the entire post‑sale lifecycle, ensuring customers achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes with the platform. Your work will directly influence churn reduction, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and overall customer health.
This is a high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to stabilize accounts, unlock growth, and build scalable CS processes.
What You'll Do:
Retention & NRR Optimization
Analyze churn signals and execute turnaround strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Strategic Account Leadership
Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts, aligning expectations, outcomes, and long-term roadmap.
Onboarding & Adoption Excellence
Redesign onboarding flows, accelerate time-to-value, and ensure customers reach critical success milestones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product & Sales to improve handoffs, elevate customer experience, and prioritize revenue-impacting improvements.
Metrics, Insights & Customer Health
Build predictive health frameworks and deliver actionable insights for churn prevention and expansion opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Strong record of driving renewals, negotiations, upsells, and cross-sells.
Solid understanding of SaaS retention mechanics, onboarding methodologies, and adoption economics.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with HubSpot, product usage analytics, and customer health platforms.
Role Details:
Remote — based in LATAM.
Individual contributor role with high autonomy and clear revenue impact.
