- Dar soporte a Pert Global reportando KPI ́s y adecuando sus redes a los procesos locales.
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida del proyecto de principio a fin, asegurando la implementación de las acciones según los tiempos planeados.
- Liderar reuniones de alineamiento con los stakeholders para entregar los proyectos dentro del plazo establecido.
- Levantamiento de riesgos donde se comprometa el lanzamiento de nuevos productos a la gerencia.
- Seguimiento y reporte de KPIs del sector.
- Capacidad analítica.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones interpersonales sólidas.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada al trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno dinámico y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Conocimientos de Idioma inglés intermedio (excluyente) y portugués intermedio (deseable)
- Buen manejo de paquete Office / Google (Excel, Powerpoint, Sheet, Drive)
- Estudiante o graduado en Administración de Empresas/ Ingeniería Industrial (Excluyente).
