Bilingual Finance and Accountant Specialist

We are looking for a Bilingual Finance and Accounting Specialist for amultinational company in the technologysector.


Functions:

Perform daily and monthly accountingentries, such
as income, expenses, and amortizations.
Performbank reconciliations, as well as receivable
and payableaccounts.
Perform account analysis and preparefinancial
reports, such as financial statements, balance
sheets,and budgets, for managerial decision
- making.
Calculate andfile monthly, quarterly, and annual
taxes, such as VAT, Income Tax,Contributions,
among others.
Participate in tax planning for thecompany,
proposing alternatives to optimize the tax burdenin
line with current tax regulations.
Manage the payment ofcustoms taxes and fees.
Control and supervise the company'sinventory,
ensuring its proper management andmaintenance.
Generate and send invoices to clients,registering
and filing them properly, and following up oncorresponding payments.
Review and analyse received invoices,verifying that amounts and conditions are in line with contractualagreements and company policy


Requirements:

Bachelor inAccounting, Foreign Trade Engineer or Business Administration withspecialization in Accounting and Taxes.
Financial analysis andreporting.
Accounting and budgeting knowledge.
Knowledge of TaxLegislation (VAT, Income Tax, Stamps and Stamps, amongothers).
Advanced level of Excel / MS Office.
