    The Work You'll Do As anintegral part of the North America Partners & Alliances Team, theSenior Partner Manager will build and manage channel relationshipswith target SIs, consulting, and tax & advisory firms in the US.

    TheSenior Partner Manager will develop the territory strategy, identifyand onboard new partners, grow existing partners, and driveincremental referral and resell opportunities through new and existingpartners.

    _ Morespecifically, you will:
    _


    • Consistently deliver new revenue andmeet established bookings quotas by selling with and throughpartners.
    • Develop and execute a detailed territory plan tomaximize partnerfocused sales opportunities.
    • Actively engagewith existing & new partners to enhance awareness about Sovos TaxCompliance solutions.
    • Educate and mobilize internal teams topromote partner sales objectives.
    • Work with marketing toimplement successful demand generation campaigns with and throughpartners.
    • Responsible for the overall onboarding, enablement,engagement, account mapping and overall partner business plan for eachtargeted partner.
    • Develop and maintain strong workingrelationships at the executive level with partners.
    • Partnermanagement to include defining, forecasting, developing, andmonitoring partner performance goals and objectives.
    • Work withlegal to develop and execute partner agreements.
    • Take fullresponsibility for ensuring internal and external partnersatisfaction.
      What We Need From You
    • Strong knowledgeof ERP ecosystems and experience establishing relationships with SIs,consulting firms, and Tax firms (desirable).
    • Knowledge torecognize and grow joint value propositions and use cases.
    • Contract negotiation experience.
    • Proven ability to meet andexceed sales goals.
    • History of successfully selling SaaSsolutions.
    • Successful record of managing partnerships andinteracting with senior executives.
    • Position requires travel asneeded for partner meetings, trade shows, events, and special projectsas well as domestic to Sovos locations and events
