Responsibilities:

Prepare proposals forour local market considering all economical and technical projectaspects as well as our customers bidding process.
Support Salesteam in the negotiation/clarification during bidding process.
Trackproposal status and follow-up with Sales/WCFE team andcustomers.
Planning the daily offer volume with the sales team toensure delivery dates.
Review and comment customer's specificationand requirements and determine with Sales team appropriate solutionfor proposal.
Identifies potential risks in thebids/estimates/quotations.
Participate on risk reviews and internalnegotiation.
Prepare local and global risk assessments to presentinternal transformer service team as well as HUB BU.
Coordinationwith Service Sales Manager to decide on pricingstrategies.
Communication with Hitachi factories, externalfactories, and third partners for technical and commercialclarifications.
Help with reviewing certain legal aspects - Termsand Conditions of Sales.
Handle and execute quotation documents inthe internal system Background:
A degree in ElectricalEngineering or related discipline.
More than 2 years' workexperience in sales, tendering/proposal preparation forService.
Knowledge in transformers operation and maintenance is aplus.
Being technically, analytical, proactive & innovative,solution & target and teamwork oriented.
Being customer and marketoriented and approaching verbal and written communicationskills.
Having good planning and organization skills.
Ability tohandle many proposals simultaneously.
Self-reliance andresponsibility.
Good command of written English, spoken is aplus.
Proficiency with technical tools such as MS-Office andSalesforce
