Search for a Customer Service Agent in our Transito Law Office

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented customer service agent to join our team. As the first point of contact with clients, you will be responsible for ensuring that they receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide courtesy and professional assistance to all clients by phone or in person.
• Welcome visitors warmly, provide them with information on how their query can best be handled and direct them accordingly. Take messages or forward correspondence to appropriate personnel when necessary
• Contact current/ former/potential client by telephone after completing services involving interaction with said individuals/services …

Cleanliness is not just about keeping tidy offices & lobby areas but we need someone who cares about overall aesthetic experience each visitor receives while interacting w ours staff within premises - this includes flowers arrangement outside building entrance too!
Apart from other key tasks below there exist additional ones depending upon job requirements since every role requires teamwork efforts towards common goals.
