    Position Purpose

    This role is the CHEP Latam position tasked with delivering value from IoT-enabled Digital deployments and bringing it to realization. Responsible to cleanse and create master data with geolocation in support of deploying Internet Of things tracking devices that will relay data to our asset tracking software. The role of the Digital Operations Analyst will support the ongoing delivery of Digital products as part of the Digital Transformation Team with CHEP Latam. They will also oversee the cleansing of all journey data to support the analysis and reporting of all information and insights to stakeholders throughout the business.

    Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with a wide range of internal clients and project teams; turn data into information and knowledge; analyze and validate data sources; understand and agree on key metrics and results; proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide rapid response data analysis to generate insights to help guide executives and decision makers
  • Guarantee that the interaction with his teammates is fulfilled to improve the result of all digital projects.
  • Responsible for testing the updates.
  • Perform high-level analysis on identified digital workflows and specific implementations and provide updates to teams when necessary
  • Oversee processing, cleaning, and integrity verification of data used for analysis
  • Develop new methods for data cleansing and location resolution.
