    Job Description

    What you'll be doing:

    • Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails
    • Presenting our company, products and benefits to potential prospects
    • Generating leads by setting up meetings with company sales teams
    • Qualifying leads and contact information for appropriate roles in target accounts
    • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Maintaining contact information accurately in lead platform and company CRM (Hubspot)
    • Gaining and maintain structured account intelligence
    • Proactively follow up leads to assist sales team
    • Maximising lead generation tool to streamline activities
    • Engaging in all team discussions, meetings and training sessions
    Qualifications

    You'll be:

    • Fluent in Spanish and English written and spoken (Portuguese a bonus)
    • Over 5 years experience in telemarketing and lead generation activities, preferably B2B
    • Proven success in generating leads and meetings
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct outbound activities
    • Excellent lead generation tool skills
    • Ability to report regularly to management on success of activities
    • Ability to quickly understand product or solution benefits, succinctly
    • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
    • Ideally you have some experience using CRM e.g. Hubspot
