    What We're Looking For

    As a Senior Accountant you will be a senior member of our general accounting operations by preparing and verifying our financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

    What You'll Do

  • Oversee the Fixed Asset, Intangibles, and Internally Developed Software accounting processes, including recording additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation/amortization accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain all assets within Netsuite's FAM module and prepare monthly roll-forward accordingly.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with US GAAP standards.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed to foster professional development and growth.
  • Assist with external audits and tax filings, liaising with auditors and tax authorities as necessary.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability within the accounting function.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • The Skills You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working in accounting or finance roles, with at least 1 year in a senior accounting position.
  • Prior experience managing Fixed Assets, Internally Developed Software (IDS), and Intangibles and experience with related systems, Netsuite FAM preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of US GAAP principles and financial accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Coupa, UKG, FloQast, Planful) and Microsoft Excel, preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff.
