For an important multinational company in the retail industry islooking for a Regional Collection DevelopmentManager.

Reporting to the Regional President, your mainresponsibilities will be:

• Regional trend analysis &competition analysis.
• Lead and create the Regionalcollection.
• Delivers collections on time per the globalcalendar.
• Develop campaigns for local brands.
• Accountable todelivery the business KPIs defined during budget process.
• Supports business development for new markets, collaborations, or newproduct opportunities.
• Helps develop strategies to ensurestability of prices and sourcing partners.
• Monitors and managesproduct performance, sales, margins and sellthroughresults

Required:

• Bachelor of Business, MBA, Bachelorof Industrial Design with business experience, or equivalenteducation.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similarposition.
• Minimum 5 years managing a team or department.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Available totravel
