Your Mission:
- Responsible of the management and administration of the subsystems of the Human Resources area
Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to achieve the proposed goals.
- Establish and evaluate goals and performances of the assigned team according to the company's evaluation system.
- Supervise and control the implementation of policies, rules, procedures, and the functioning of human resources management and development systems.
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise hiring processes.
- Supervise the processes of compensation, issuance and maintenance of employment contracts, monitoring and control of vacations, monitoring and control of assistance, emission of severance payments and other related tasks.
- Supervise the implementation of the Annual Training and Occupational Health and Safety Programs.
- To make periodic visits to different Work Centers.
- Supervise and control the administration of the Management's databases.
- Supervise the maintenance of information systems and personnel statistics.
- Propose innovations related to the area and the organization in general.
- Supervise and control the operation of contracted services for staff welfare
- Represent the company in front of labor unions.
- Prepare reports and tasks as requested by your superiors.
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety and Occupational Health Regulations and ISO standards by your entire team.
- Lead transformation processes.
Your profile:
- Professional with experience in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in similar functions (managerial experience).
- Knowledge of labor legislation and technical issues in the field.
- Intermediate level of computer skills.
- Excellent knowledge of oral and written English.
- Communication skills (assertive personality).
- Ability to lead work teams and interact positively with all types of audiences.
- Excellent level of oral and written English.
