The Work You'll Do:

The Strategy Program Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive the success of their assigned
family
product.

This role will be responsible for supporting the effort to design the offering, enable go-to-market execution and drive operational orchestration.

This role will report to the Director of Strategy Programs.

  • More specifically you will:_
  • Work with leadership to define commercial strategies within our customer base and across the broader market. Support Sales teams with necessary analytics for success within Strategies.
  • Design pricing strategies based on markets' tendencies and our own customers' performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Field, and Customer Marketing teams to provide insights and analytics on business' performance, trends and gotomarket strategies.
  • Assist on monthly/quarterly analytics on key performance indicators including retention, bookings, pipeline, growth, and market share.
  • Work with peer departments to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

What We Need From You

  • 03 years of related experience
  • High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce CRM Software an asset
  • Proven experience adapting to new concepts and technologies with ambiguous details and mínimal oversight to produce meaningful insights which can be applied to the GVAT family product assigned.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into component parts and the ability to communicate that vision clearly to a broad audience.
