Responsibilities

  • Align with business leaders the agenda to execute the mandatory curricula
  • Participation in meetings according to business models (MOTOR
  • DYNAMO) to address training needs.
  • Followup to learning curricula taught by rangers
  • Training and certification of rangers for curriculum delivery.
  • Meeting legal requirements for internal and external audits.
  • Alignment of local vs. business unit priorities to address training needs
  • Provide input in updating training materials according to the adaptation of each country and business in order to have the right solution for training audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in psychologist, org development, education
  • 2 years of experience in teaching learning courses in different modalities.
  • Experience as HR for sales
  • High Knowledge of learning methodologies and technology.
  • Balances competing priorities without losing momentum behind execution.
