We are searching for the best talent for a PROCESS IMPROVEMENT LEAD to be located in Chile: Santiago.

Purpose:

Responsible for managing and driving process improvement initiatives within the organization.

You will play a crucial role in identifying areas of improvement, implementing solutions, and monitoring the effectiveness of these improvements.


You will be responsible for:


  • Proactively identify

Process Improvement Opportunities:
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across various departments and functions.

  • Develop and Implement Process Improvement Strategies (Project Management and Collaboration) Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement effective process improvement strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead efforts to promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify and propose improvements in their respective areas of expertise.
  • Data Analysis and

Performance Metrics:
Utilize data analysis techniques to evaluate process performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of process improvements. Develop and track relevant performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

  • Process Documentation and Standardization: Document current processes and create standardized process maps, ensuring clear and consistent understanding across the organization. Identify opportunities for process standardization to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Change Management (Training and

Knowledge Sharing:
): Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions during process improvement initiatives. Communicate changes, train employees, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.


Qualifications:

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is preferred.

Experience/ Qualification Requirements

  • Experience required: 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives, Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, familiarity with process automation and technology solutions is desirable.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Green/black belt, English, ERP, project management, change management and communications
  • English level: Advance
