As the Merchant overseeing Levis ANDES (CL, PE, BO) - Women's, you are passionate about clothing and retail, and are focused on an excellent customer experience.

You will report to the ANDES Merchandising Lead and will be responsible for the regular tracking of our marketplaces (DTC + Wholesale + Ecomm) for women's, to drive cohesive seasonal assortments and revenue growth.

You will partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Planning, Finance, Global Merchandising, BX, etc.) to deliver the best-in-class consumer experience.

Prioritizing the consumer of ANDES (Chile, Peru & Bolivia), you will understand consumer needs and how to balance cost and revenue to fulfill them.

ABOUT THE JOB- Amplify the Levis brand vision, assortment strategy, and product architecture to deliver accelerated, sustainable, and profitable category growth. Grow women's category at Levis, across all channels, collaborating cross-functionally to push the best product assortments to achieve financial targets. Understand and help with the segmentation of marketplace channels to build best-in-class assortments that service varying consumer needs. Partner with the wholesale, DTC and Ecomm teams to drive growth, monitor exclusive products and capsules, and secure stock accuracy and efficiency. Analyze sales on a regular basis and work with global merchandising, design, brand environment, and planning teams to deliver product strategies. Participate in design/merchandising key milestone meetings; propose and coordinate with market partners on optimal product flow. Partner with planning and commercial teams to manage open-to-buy and inventory needs. Prepare weekly/quarterly reporting to aid in accurate seasonal plans and strategy creation, such as KPI weekly dashboard, top/bottom sellers, and quarterly business reviews. Provide merchandise-related information and product knowledge to the service teams. Stay up to date on industry trends.
ABOUT YOU- Minimum of 2 years of direct merchandising experience as buyer for new collections. Strong retail math and analytical skills; data manipulation. Strong communication and systems skills: Intermediate/Advanced level Excel (can perform advanced functions) and PowerPoint. Additional merchandising or product systems knowledge is an advantage. Experience in lifestyle brands or omnichannel environment is a plus. You are a self-starter, go-getter, and curious. English business proficiency required. Merchandising, design, business degree or related discipline required.
