    We are on the lookout for top talent for the position of Scrum Master Lead in Santiago, Chile.

    Purpose:

    The Scrum Master Lead will operate in a multi-country setting supporting the Cluster Commercial Team, while functioning within a regional scope. Tasked with introducing new Agile work methodologies within the Medical Devices Commercial groups, this individual will have a significant role in guiding and collaborating with Product Owners and SQUAD members to devise solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives, ensuring the development of value-driven journeys that, in the long term, deliver the appropriate solutions using the correct methodology to reach the target customers.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Drive the Agile processes and ceremonies and lead continuous enhancements within the commercial SQUADs.
    • Assist the Product Owner in backlog management and team guidance while fostering a harmonious team dynamic concerning priorities and scope.
    • Eliminate barriers within the organization to maintain the SQUAD team's momentum.
    • Nurture team members through coaching and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
    • Foster connections within the multifunctional team, ensuring diverse viewpoints are considered to mold a solid solution and a more self-organized group.
    • Support the team in their growth and accountability; facilitate team retrospectives.
    • Act as the transformative figure, serving as the Agile methodology expert at JnJ, bolstering the competency within the teams.
