    What you will do AsSenior Supervisor, Kitting Operations you will manage the day to dayof the kitting operations under your responsibility, for both internaland external kit operations-related activities. This includes thereception, technical inspection and replenishment of sterile kits andalso the performance management, development and engagement of theteam. This position will support the Senior Operations Manager indeveloping and implementing solutions to further develop, maintain andimprove customer satisfaction and experience, streamline processes,introduce standardization and optimize cost.


    Essential duties& responsibilities:


    • Lead the kit operations team, includingtraining, coaching, and performance management.
    • Develop the team,with emphasis in talent development and succession planning.
    • Establish quality control measures to ensure product integrity andcompliance with regulatory standards throughout the logisticsprocess.
    • Communicate, and enforce policies and procedures toachieve organizational goals and objectives.
    • Ensure compliancewith processes, procedures, policies and internal and externalregulations.
    • Monitor performance and develop and implement actionplans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in terms of cost,quality and service.
    • Report and analysis on issues andperformance, providing insights to senior management fordecisionmaking and strategic planning.
    • Perform other relatedwork as assigned by management.
      What you need
    • Degreelevel in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management or relatedarea.
    - +6 years of experience in Operations roles, preferably inthe Medical Devices Industry.
    - +3 years of leadershipexperience.

    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is recommended.
    • English and Spanish languages are required, Portuguese isdesirable.
    • Microsoft Office & ERP knowledge.
    • Excellentcommunication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attentionto detail and ability to communicate complicated issueseffectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform consistently undervarying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quicklychanging environment.
