About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for large and strategic projects, initiatives and product deployments, helping Operations Team to meet profitability goals
  • Support the Uber team through defining precise actions on the city and regionwide projects with an expansion and implementation focus
  • You'll see the immediate impact of your decisions in the market


  • Develop Strategic Insights

  • Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps to understand the marketplace the company is in and develop insights that will help us deliver our main projects
  • Work closely with the operations teams to streamline processes by managing and working with different stakeholders in order to set initiatives, campaigns, budgets, and projects along the region
  • Be Resourceful and Take Initiative. Take ownership of Uber's growth in your city and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services and products

What You'll Need

  • Datadriven & analytical approach
  • Handson orientation
  • Develop analytical and decision frameworks to support product, channel, and site strategies
  • Problem Solving ability to solve business contingencies
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Intelligence or related fields.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with SQL or any other programming language it's strongly preferred but not exclusively required
