We'll be looking for you to assist in the annual planning to develop and execute marketing plans and programs in coordination with other business units and key functional areas.

You will be responsible for the operational control of the marketing budgets of Western Union and Withholding of the Master Agents across the region in the corporate systems, Master Agents reimbursements, local coordination with regulatory entities regarding marketing issues and periodically requests (case of Peru).

Analyze data on the organization's existing and potential markets to recommend, support in the implementation of marketing plans and marketing opportunities for our products and services.

Managing vendors payments as well as check and balances control.


For such a detailed role, you must have a university degree in a relevant field with around 3 years of experience in a similar role.

You will need to have experience control budgeting, managing vendors, promoting, and delivering a variety of marketing campaigns that have exposed you to the complete marketing mix.

You also need the ability to analyze and interpret data commercially and feel comfortable presenting it to key stakeholders.

You will be a strong communicator who will be able to build relationships with people at all levels to help influence positive actions.
