YOUR ROLE:

Tracks KPIs, provides indepth analysis and gives suggestion for the areas to be improved;
Drives and supports the business by assisting regional business controller leader to take best informed decisions;
Communicates and presents proactively Controlling topics to Regional Business Controller;
Provides independent and objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives;
Spreads financial Controlling knowledge and consciousness across the company;
Drives continuous improvement in Controlling relevant concepts, processes and tools.

YOUR SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or related careers;
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Quilicura and occasionally in Pudahuel;
Excellent experience with Controlling or Accounting;
Experience in report analysis, financial analysis, forecast, trends, opportunity areas and big data management;
Knowledge of analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI or VBA;
Work with quality in diverse teams and have excellent communication;
Have a high level of initiative and proactivity.
