Job Role:

Create and maintain relationships with our customers across LatAm, US & Europe.

  • Support existing customers and help them resolve any issues they are facing.
  • Client retention
  • Help new customers onboard and integrate Optmyzr in their daytoday work.
  • Create content for customer education, communication and marketing.
  • Be a champion for our customers and interface with the engineering team to build new features.

Desirable skills:


  • An Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success is a plus.
