_What You'll Do _
- _Lead a team of Mobile iOS development engineers _
- _Lead significant scope, complex projects to completion. _
- _Produce maintainable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. _
- _Provide technical guidance, supervise others, instruct and debug code written by team members _
- _Collaborate with the product team, architects, and others to document features and changes _
- _Participate in peer design and code reviews. _
- _Elevate the performance of colleagues through training, mentoring, and promoting best practices. _
- _Experiment with technologies and propose solutions to colleagues including architects and the IT leadership team._

_Must Haves _

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to lead significant scope, complex projects to completion.
Strong software engineering and software architecture background in iOS.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services over the Internet
Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
Both frontend (UIKit and/or SwiftUI) and backend (background services) development for iOS
Desire to build/do things you don't already know how to build

_What experience you need _:

4+ years of development experience on iOS specific languages (Swift and/or Objective-C)
3+ years of Web service consumption, resourceoriented architecture, RESTful web services experience
2+ years of Unit and automation testing (XCTest, Appium)
2+ years of experience in Mobile Application CICD technologies (Jenkins, Fastlane, Bitrise, Github Actions, Gitlab CICD)
2+ years of experience in Mobile Application build publishing (App Store Connect, TestFlight).
1+ years of experience in cloud ui testing (BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab, LambdaTest, AWS Device Farm, etc)
1+ years of experience in Mobile App monitoring technologies (Firebase Crashlytics, DataDog RUM, etc)
3+ years of experience with one of the Public Cloud technologies: Google, AWS, Azure

_Extra Points for any of the Following _

Library (vs Application) Development for iOS
Experience hybrid Application implementations (Flutter, React Native, etc)
Android knowledge/development experience
Gitlab CI/CD experience
Experience using Snowflake
Experience/knowledge in Cryptographic technologies (cryptographic binding, encryption algorithms, etc)
Experience engaging with external development teams either as customer or contractor.
