As a Content Management Lead, you are expected to engage the markets strategically and implement best quality portfolio Omnichannel marketing programs and/or materials across Emerging Markets, and deliver high quality promotional materials in line with the portfolio strategy and local market needs.


Your Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Responsible for all listed below activities across General Medicines, Vaccines and Specialty Medicine therapies for Responsible Market and other selected therapies for other Markets within Growth Emerging Markets
  • Understand Products/Therapy Area (TA) strategy and local market and regulatory requirements to select, customize and share global content to markets and portfolio sets for Globally Supported and Green table Brands and Local Brands
  • Key support on implementing LOC Omnichannel Strategy
  • Stakeholder engagement across all TAs in Responsible Markets and Global TA leads
  • Work with markets to ensure alignment with Global content strategies and manage content complexity and adaptation as per local needs.
  • Provide insights and propose solutions and identification of gaps in global content and/or channels
  • Develop Campaign plan and finalize forecasting for all global content selected for localization
  • Completion of content briefing in consultation with markets for all responsible brands/TA
  • Timely delivery of localized content with high satisfaction rate; Ensure copy approval and content localization in global / local channels in timely manner as per the agreed content plan.
  • Tracking progress and execution of E2E (end to end) campaigns as per the plan with the use of analytics
  • Responsible in partnering with the market for Data Driven Customer Experience implementation
  • Customer Experience is an efficient area, focused on customer solutions to generate opportunities to accelerate growth through the delivery of personalized, connected and integrated campaigns to improve customer experience and business results._

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design.
- + 3 years of experience in Marketing and campaign pharmaceutical.

  • Familiarity/ experience with copy approval process and proficient in leading and engaging crossfunctional stakeholders for collaborations.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English is required.
