Purpose

Provides Project Managers and their teams with the necessary service related to HSE activities and guidance to promote an effective HSE program.

Typically assigned to support small projects or support larger projects.

Responsibilities

The position supports all project related initiatives and individuals in an effort to eliminate hazards in the workplace that could cause property damage, injury, illness or damage to the environment.
Operationally report to the Project/Construction Manager on all operational and HSE program issues.
Advise and instruct workers on the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Identify, report and investigate causes of accidents and occupational diseases.
To indicate the adoption of all hygiene and safety measures that serve for the prevention of occupational hazards.
Conduct training and education for workers.
Accreditations.
Implementation of the OHSMS
Compliance with Worley's and its customer's corporate requirements, as well as local legal requirements regarding OHS.
EECC Management
Advise the employer to timely and conveniently inform all its workers about the risks involved in their work, preventive measures and correct working methods.

What you will bring
You will have more than 5 years of experience in Mining. As an _exclusive requirement_ to have experience in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phases.

Requirements:

Education**:Bachelor's degree.
Compatible with the requirements of the main mining companies.
Availability to work in shift system.

Base or place of work:

Chile, Antofagasta.
