As a Splunk Engineer, you will work on the solutions related to IT operations and security use cases. We are always exploring new technologies, allowing for growth opportunities.

The innovations built by our team will be widely shared and you should be eager to drive these efforts and share your knowledge within the community.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions that check numerous IT and Security services.
Implement proven security strategies related to our team's Linuxbased and AWSbased infrastructure, Python code, and Docker services.
Seize opportunities to automate the configuration and deployment of various observability tools (SignalFx, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, etc.) using your knowledge of DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, etc.), Software Development, and products portfolio.
Create custom data onboarding scripts and addons for internal IT and Security tools and services.

Required Skills:

2+ years experience with IT or Security, or working in a large enterprise environment
2+ years of software development experience (Python, Golang, JavaScript, etc.).
Thrive in a fastpaced and growing environment.
Fully proficient in git and version control systems (GitLab, BitBucket, GitHub).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to explain intricate technical topics to varying groups.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted in lieu of direct experience.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent experience
