Are you a sales superstar looking for an opportunity to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a hungry and motivated salesperson to join our team
The Hearth Fund buys real estate across the US and helps real estate owners increase the value of their properties by selling flexible buildings.
We are looking to hire an extra team member to take this pipeline and turn it into more closed deals.
You will be required to own the sales cycle, see where we are losing leads, prioritize which leads are most pressing, and close the deals.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing clients.
Our company has seen great growth over the past year and you will join a small group of people working extremely hard to accelerate this growth.

- Cultivate relationships with real estate owners
- Own the offer process from first contact to sending the offer to purchase commercial real estate
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue on the flexible building business
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities from our extensive list of leads
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and deliver highquality solutions to customers
- A strong understanding of sales objection handling, persuasion, and framing
- A proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience
- A burning passion for learning and selfimprovement
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
From $1,181,000 per month
