- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)_
- Lead the FP&A processes, including but not limited to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop and maintain financial models to predict future revenues, expenses, and profitability, helping the company to meet its financial goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights that drive business performance.
- Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting_
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of the company's financial statements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls over financial reporting to ensure the integrity of the company's financial information.
- Supplier Management & Negotiations_
- Manage relationships with suppliers, including conducting regular reviews and negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Oversee the processing of supplier payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to identify costsaving opportunities without compromising on quality or service levels.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills_
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Indepth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with financial audits and internal controls.
- Soft Skills_
- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing a highperforming finance team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to nonfinance stakeholders.
