About the team:

The International Expansion team is responsible for creating strategic thinking that fuels the expansion for our top sellers.

We are experts in managing international expansion for our brands across markets using our team's key network and expertise to execute quickly.

The team is as strategic as it is creative to solve problems. We thrive on ambition, open-mind and collaboration - within the team and across departments.

About the role:

As the local point of contact for our merchants, you will ensure excellent relationships with them, providing support and guidance to help them succeed in the Chilean market.

Additionally, you will participate in strategic regional projects within the International team, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Analyze the Chilean market and identify opportunities for our nonChilean sellers.
Support the development and execution of international expansion plans for our merchants in Chile.
Assist in merchant development and performance in areas such as commercial, marketing, legal, logistics, product selection, pricing, etc.
Act as a point of contact for our merchants, providing support and guidance to help them succeed in the Chilean market.
Participate in strategic regional projects within the International team.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments in the Chilean market.

We are looking for someone who has:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
Have some experience in market analysis, finance or related fields.
Know about the CL marketplace environment and of Nubimetrics tool.
Basic analytical skills and ability to learn to develop insights from data.
Interest in driving growth and delivering results.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and improve.
Fluency in Spanish. Knowledge of English and Portuguese is a plus.
Have experience in a Logistics company or Marketplace Company for 1+ years

Desirable qualifications:

Have past experience working with Ecommerce and gets excited about the endless opportunities in this industry
Have experience in project management.
Are motivated to work in a fastpaced environment close to outstanding professionals with deep human qualities
Want to build something massive
