We need to join to our company a Site Account Manager who generate a full competence Account Management Team, deploy the FLSmidth Strategy throw a Site Account Management Business Plan and specifics Site Accounts Business Plans and promotes collaboration within the complete organization team.

The role is based in Antofagasta, Chile

Job Responsibilities- Perform strategies and supervise the Account Management Team in order to:

  • Ensure client are regularly informed of project status and maintain clear communication with clients to ensure client needs are met and any issues are resolved.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with account/customer on charge.
  • Communicate the client goals, products-services requirements, and represent the client's interests in front of the FLSmidth Organization to ensure client expectations are met and managed.
  • Develop strong understanding of company capabilities, products and services, and effectively communicates offerings to the client.
  • Keeping updated our company about the customer organization.
  • Keeping updated our company about our peers performance in front of the customer.
  • Perform proactive detection and generation of new commercial opportunities for the complete FLSmidth offering.
  • Promote and develop the FLSmidth strategic objectives in front of the customer.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Improve our position in the buy-sell hierarchy.
  • Deploy our Sustainable Productivity Enhancement Strategy.
  • Promote a culture of safety and self-care, both on a personal level, of the team that forms part of it, as well as throughout the company, integrating our stakeholders who may be impacted by our activities, complying with established standards, policies and requirements; actively participating in the activities scheduled in the annual HSEQA plans and programs; reporting all incidents, near misses, acts or substandard conditions that occur and, if necessary, ensure their active participation in an investigation.


What you bring- University Degree: Metallurgy, Metallurgical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Commercial Engineering- 4 years in the sector, mining, construction.- Positions such as Sales or Commercial Engineer, Applications Engineer, Applications and Sales Engineer, Commercial Technician, Process Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer, Post Sales Engineer, Metallurgy Supervisor, Productivity Engineer.
