Your Role:

The Customer Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for managing complex implementation projects, including new business start-ups, system migrations, facility moves and special projects, to ensure work is completed on time, within budget and achieves Kuehne+Nagel/Customer objectives.

The Project Manager is expected to have a high level of effectiveness in advanced project management within the logistics field and is expected to serve as a mentor to other project managers.

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing complex customer implementations on behalf of the Project Executive.
Develop project plans and recommendations aligned with Kuehne+Nagel/Customer objectives, tracking and reporting project status.
Foster strong business relationships with clients, effectively managing customer expectations.
Utilize Kuehne+Nagel Global standard tools and methodology to control and monitor project effectiveness, including managing scope, budget, change control process, and addressing project issues and risks.
Represent Kuehne+Nagel in external meetings with clients, consultants, vendors, and others, providing regular project communications, aligning goals within the team, and ensuring projects meet established objectives and deliverables.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
Experience in Project Management within the field of Contract Logistics
Prior experience in Contract Logistics
Proficiency in English at an advanced level
