  • About the Role
  • Enable the Demand Planning Process for parts and components end to end through ensuring governance of the process and connecting with relevant teams and Suppliers

Main Accountabilities:


  • Facilitate valuebased conversations to ensure the improvement of forecast accuracy in the Consumption Demand Forecast and Procurement Demand Forecast.
  • Own Vendor Engagement for Procurement Forecast for 3m to 24m horizon and drive improved parts availability with lowest possible overall cost
  • Increase our customer's experience through parts availability and Lead time adherence improvements, cost benefits and working capital optimization.
  • Lead process improvements through BOS (BHP Operating System) and follow up the delivery of the actions to close gaps for the demand planning process.
  • About You
    To be a top performer you will need.
  • Bachelor degree related to the role.
  • At least 5 years of work related experience.
  • Previous experience in project management, including influencing stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Track record of identifying, framing and implementing improvement opportunities across teams.
  • Deep understanding of Asset requirements and commercial value drivers.
  • Experience in Maintenance and Supply SAP systems and processes (desirable).
  • Experienced in facilitation of Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving sessions.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office tools level.
