About the Role
Enable the Demand Planning Process for parts and components end to end through ensuring governance of the process and connecting with relevant teams and Suppliers

Main Accountabilities:

Facilitate valuebased conversations to ensure the improvement of forecast accuracy in the Consumption Demand Forecast and Procurement Demand Forecast.
Own Vendor Engagement for Procurement Forecast for 3m to 24m horizon and drive improved parts availability with lowest possible overall cost
Increase our customer's experience through parts availability and Lead time adherence improvements, cost benefits and working capital optimization.
Lead process improvements through BOS (BHP Operating System) and follow up the delivery of the actions to close gaps for the demand planning process.
About You
To be a top performer you will need.
Bachelor degree related to the role.
At least 5 years of work related experience.
Previous experience in project management, including influencing stakeholders across multiple teams
Track record of identifying, framing and implementing improvement opportunities across teams.
Deep understanding of Asset requirements and commercial value drivers.
Experience in Maintenance and Supply SAP systems and processes (desirable).
Experienced in facilitation of Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving sessions.
Intermediate Microsoft Office tools level.
