WHAT YOU'LL DO:


As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the external marketing and communications activities for a set of 3-4 Practice Areas (PA) in Central and Spanish-Speaking South America (SSA), to enhance visibility and presence in local markets.

You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Senior Manager and ad-hoc PA leaders in SSA (MDPs), with the goal of both brand building and business development.


You will:

  • Teamup with PA Nodes at the local level, to ensure a robust and prioritized marketing & communications gotomarket plan aligned with the Business Development needs
  • Actively coordinate and execute the local thought leadership plan for each PA, teaming with the Consulting Team and vendors, in both localizing global pieces as well as providing support for local publications
  • Develop endtoend campaigns on top priorities, ensuring focus and visibility across marketing channels
  • Teamup with Public Relations (PR) agencies to ensure a strong media activation in each country (Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Central America & the Caribbean)
  • Provide full support in event management (from building lists up to execution) and coordinate thirdparty speaker roles
  • Map and provide support to build strong relationships with relevant organizations for each PA (Seat At The Table)
  • Teamup with PA MDPs and Executive Assistants in Customer relationship management.
  • Drive an Account Base Engagement (ABE) pilot for a set of adhoc priority clients in SSA
  • Tracking and reporting marketing and communications activities, both from BCG and Competitors

YOU'RE GOOD AT:


  • Developing and executing a bestinclass suite of marketing & communication materials and activities that support our client teams in building and strengthening client relationships
  • Building bridges, making connections, and nurturing relationships
  • Making independent decisions within existing guidelines on preparing marketing and communications activities
  • Owning recurring analysis/ metrics dashboards
  • You are a creative thinker, with a flexible attitude and analytical skills
  • You are highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and with great interpersonal skills
  • A strong team player who is always thinking about how to improve, evolve, collaborate, and innovate

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

  • 5+ years relevant experience in marketing & communications, in a professional services environment, consulting and/or journalism responsibilities or relevant professional experience at a PR agency, in a corporate communications environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related
  • Strong experience in media relations, social media enablement, event management, CRM, and external relations
  • Ability to handle defined work area, process, and/or project, with mínimal guidance
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent execution/ organizational/ communication skills
  • Great Selfstarter, resultsdriven, service and solutionoriented
  • Great planning skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and achieve deadlines
  • A strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

YOU'LL WORK WITH:


You will be part of the Marketing team in SSA and working closely with the Marketing Senior Manager and PA Nodes from the system.
