Sr. Account Manager - Spotify

Objective


In this role, you are responsible for supporting partner resellers in their sales cycle from RFP submission to wrap, with a focus on providing consultative service.

This role includes strategy and media planning, consultative selling, project management and data led storytelling. You will be a reliable and crucial team member who can anticipate partner needs. Above all, our work impacts the way the world experiences audio.


What you ́ll do:


  • Responsible for delivering and driving usage of sales collateral, audience insights and packaging to equip Sales to effectively sell and service their advertisers and agencies
  • Monitor partnership performance, drive engagement with partners, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Engage with partners on key clients briefs ( Key Acc and Big Bets) to ensure we're delivering bestinclass solutions for the largest opportunities in partnership with the Sales.
  • Create and deliver mid
- and post-campaign reporting to support advertiser renewals and upsells

  • Identify sales needs by format and channel and work with partners to drive adoption and revenue
  • Check inventory/avails + preapprovals + holds
  • Targeting strategy recommendation (Ensure capping and targeting parameters allow for delivery at scale)
  • IO Creation/Full Campaign Approval & Closed Won (Labels and PG)

  • Communicate regular pacing/performance status and reporting from ACN to client, including

Who you are:


  • You have 3+ years digital advertising/marketing sales experience
  • Experience driving revenue with digital advertisers and reseller partners
  • A deep understanding of the marketing landscape and expertise in sales enablement, operations, strategic planning and media buying
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic and willing to thrive in a highgrowth organization
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
