We are looking for an Associate to support the broad program, project and process agendas of the Finance and Business Management Global Program Management group.

Our group supports a mixture of projects related to Finance, Risk and Operational processes and Regulatory changes across multiple businesses and functions in the Corporate and Investment Bank line of business.


Responsibilities:


  • The Global Program Management team is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale initiatives that are beyond the natural capability of a BAU ( B usiness as Usual) function, supporting Accounting, Regulatory and Risk projects.
  • PMs manage and execute regulatory impacts project across the region and how it fits over corporate infrastructure of projects liaising with different teams
  • Provide business and data analysis to large, cross line of business initiatives; analyzing and documenting key business discussions and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials.
  • Coordinate working meetings setting the agenda, preparing meeting materials using PowerPoint / Pitchpro, documenting minutes in a timely manner and ensuring clear ownership of action items.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders in the different businesses our team supports and functions (e.g., Risk, Finance, Technology, Product Owners, etc.).
  • Partner with stakeholders, providing guidance and analysis, helping identify and escalate issues/risks/dependencies and facilitating communication across the impacted teams.
  • Defining project plan for a project or a work stream of a large project and ensuring quality executing against the project plan / critical path.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

You must be a proactive professional who is able to work in a dynamic, results driven environment.

  • Minimum of 3 4 years project management experience.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills, and to be selfmotivated.
  • A bility to work independently over a changing work environment.
  • Ability to execute tasks under compact deadlines and effectively manage to changes in plan.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to map and understand complex workflows and business processes.
  • Knowledge of a Project Management Methodology would be an advantage ( i.e. Agile, Waterfall framework)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Finance and/or regulatory and or product background is a plus must be able to interact and discuss project issues with legal entity control, Risk teams, Product leads and tech teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • English proficiency required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively and comfortably with senior people.
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, data management and problem solving skills.
