Team Overview:


As a Web Front Developer at DiDi, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our international website's presence across 9 countries, including Mexico.

Your Dev skills will help us in user acquisition, SEO optimization and UX improvements, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like , Tailwind, React and Contentful CMS.

You'll be part of a highly skilled team in a friendly and collaborative workspace, where innovation and quality are at the forefront of everything we do.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the SEO team, focusing on optimizing the website for better search engine visibility.
  • Implement solutions for improving website usability based on feedback and requests from the UX team.
  • Work closely with various local teams such as marketing, operations, customer service, legal, and ad ops to implement their requests on the website.
  • Design and execute A/B tests in collaboration with the UX team to enhance website conversion rates.
  • Diligently work on reducing website errors to achieve and maintain a healthy website score.
  • Study and integrate APIs from our headless CMS, Contentful, ensuring seamless content management and delivery on the website.
  • Research and evaluate different technological solutions available on the app store and play store, focusing on connecting with their APIs for App Store Optimization (ASO) purposes.

Role Qualifications:

  • Software Engineer Career
  • No experience needed in a company as intern
  • They need to show in the interview some website they have programmed in ReactJS using NextJS or other React Framework. The purpose of this is that we need to make sure they know how to program web.
  • English intermediate
  • Auto learners, he needs to always be learning so we need a person who can study and learn constantly
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS. Also it would be good but not mandatory to have experience in NextJS and tailwind.
