The
Supervisor Oral Care Consultants is responsible for the OCCs team, therefore together they must achieve the relationship with the Dental Profession that positions Colgate as a Leading company in recommendation.


Supervise and report the execution of the visit plan of dental product Consultants in the assigned territory, supervise the delivery of information that supports the action of the products, conducting recommendation.


Responsibilities:


  • Coach the team in the execution of dental visits with a vision of continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for leading and developing a high performance team to build sustained leadership in recommendations of our oral care brands by dentists, as well as developing the direct sales business in offices. Motivate, develop and support the team in its performance. Guarantee the effectiveness in the results and the efficiency in the performance of the team.
  • Guarantee that the team has the necessary tools to be operational: car, systems, authorizations, samples, materials, ipad.
  • Develop and follow up on area reports: execution, engagement & effectiveness
  • Constant optimization of the bases, zones and routes of the territories where we visit.
  • Plan equipment cycle coverage.
  • Follow up on the distribution of samples and stocks in the warehouses of the occ.
  • Work in collaboration with the interfunctional areas of the business to contribute from the focus of the needs of the dental profession in new campaigns, launches and developments.
  • Participate in the promotion and advice about our products in dental events.
  • Anticipate, identify and report new trends in the market or strategies of the competition.
  • Develop longterm business links with opinion leaders and relevant dental institutions.
  • Work in synergy with the pharmacy team and encourage the team to do the same to ensure effective communication and optimal execution of the recommendation in the POS.
  • Capture the pillars of the strategy in your daily work: Focus on priorities, empowering teams, experimentation to improve, and decisionmaking supported by data.
  • Work in the field 70% of their work time developing the OCCs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in commercial careers or dentistry (communication, marketing)
  • 1 to 3 years in the commercial area, preferably linked to the professional channel/pharmacies
  • Preferably have 2 years of experience managing people
  • Experience as OCC
  • Intermediate English level
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
